  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger (paste or finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (paste or finely chopped)
  • 6 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a deep mixing bowl, combine olive oil, low-sodium soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, black pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, and optional red chili flakes. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat each piece evenly with the marinade. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the hot grill.
  4. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
