  • 52 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil (to cook each batch)
  • 1/4 cup water (to cook each batch)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, green onions, cabbage, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place a small amount of filling in each wonton wrapper. Brush edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
  3. Arrange gyoza on a baking sheet with space in between.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Pan-fry gyoza until golden brown (about 3 minutes per side).
  5. Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
