  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Orange slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cilantro, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and white vinegar.
  2. Place the beef in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Ensure it's fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place marinated beef in an oven-safe dish with remaining marinade. Cook uncovered for about 60 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with optional orange slices.
