  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetarian stir-fry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauces, sesame oil, garlic, chicken stock, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook chow mein noodles for 20-30 seconds; drain and set aside.
