  • 2 New York Strip Steaks (1.5 inches thick)
  • 2 teaspoons Hey Grill Hey Beef Rub
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions
