  • 1 Goldhen Egg White
  • 1 Goldhen Egg
  • 2 tsp Stonemill Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Friendly Farms 2% Milk
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) Sweet Harvest Peach Slices (drained)
  • 1/4 tsp Stonemill Ground Cinnamon (for topping)
  • 1 tsp Baker's Corner Granulated Sugar (for topping)
  • 1 cup Friendly Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Baker's Corner Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Stonemill Vanilla Extract (for whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. In a bowl, mix canned peach slices with cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon together.
  4. Add softened butter, egg white, egg, vanilla extract, and milk; mix until smooth.
  5. Place peach pieces in cupcake liners and fill with batter.
  6. Bake for 19-21 minutes until golden; cool on a rack.
  7. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; frost cooled cupcakes.
