Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs (deboned but skin-on)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, tamari (or soy sauce), Sriracha chili sauce, rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar), and salt until well combined.
  2. Add minced garlic to the marinade and mix well. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
